Size up if you are blessed with a taller frame, fuller bust, or like a looser fit.
Size down for shorter torsos or a tighter fit.
Note: front cinch adjusts up to 6", each side cinch adjusts up to 4" for a secure fit.

With front and side cinch bungee systems, our vest expands and hugs in all the right places. We adjusted our sizing based on real fit feedback from exchanges—vests now run fuller through the bust to better support larger cup sizes.
Size 1 (XS/S)
- best for smaller bands (32"-34") with AA-C cups & shorter torsoes
- check the chart above if you're D+ at a 32" band—the front cinch may still bring you into this size
Size 2 (M)
- our most flexible size, spanning the widest range of bands and cups

Size 3 (L/XL)
- best for larger bands (38”-42”) with a fuller DD+ cup & longer torsoes

Do you offer different sizes, including plus sizes and bust-friendly fits?
Yes. Our vests are designed to be bust-friendly and adjustable for a wide range of bodies. Our initial launch includes three flexible sizes, and we're committed to extending if needed—based on customer feedback.
Is the vest adjustable for different body types or petite frames?
Most definitely. Our vests feature a front sliding bungee system and side cinches that adjust in circumference. This lets you dial in a secure, body-hugging fit—whether you're petite, curvy, or somewhere in between. It moves with you, not against you.
What size should I order?
The Carry Vest comes in three adjustable sizes—1, 2, and 3—designed to fit a range of bust and body types. Each vest includes a front bungee and side cinch system that lets you customize the fit for comfort and security.
To find your size, use your bra band size or measure around your ribcage directly under your bust with a soft measuring tape. Round down to the nearest even number:
Size 1 (XS/S)—generally fits a 32"–36" band size, best for AA–C cups
Size 2 (M)—generally fits a 36"–40" band size, fits most cups B through DD
Size 3 (L/XL)—generally fits a 40"–44" band size, best for fuller cup sizes C+ upward

Not sure where you land? If you're a 36A, go with Size 1. A 36DD? Size 2. A 40DD? Size 3 gives more room.

How much weight can the vest hold?
The Carry Weighted Vest holds up to 20 lbs using 40 individual 0.5 lb metal bars. The weight system includes four spines—our flexible weight racks—that each hold 10 weights. Add or remove weights from the spines to dial in your load as your fitness level progresses.
Is the vest machine washable?
It sure is. Just remove all four spines and weights before placing your shell in a garment bag and washing on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Hang dry. Spot clean between washes. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.
Are The Carry products non-toxic or PFAS-free?
Yes. We use premium, non-toxic materials and avoid PFAS and other harmful chemicals. Safety and sustainability are part of our design ethos.
Will there be more color options?
Our core collection currently includes Black and Cream, with new colorways in the works for 2026. Because the weights are modular and removable, they transfer seamlessly between shells whenever you're ready to switch up your look.
