Terms of Preorder Purchase
Thank you for your interest in The Carry weighted vest. Please read the following Terms of Preorder Purchase carefully before placing your pre-order. By completing a preorder on our site, you agree to these terms.
1. Preorder Overview
By placing a preorder, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Your payment will be collected at the time of placing the preorder, and your product will be shipped once it becomes available.
2. Estimated Delivery
We currently estimate that preordered vests will begin shipping between 90-120 days from date of purchase. This is an estimated timeline and may change based on production or supply chain factors. We will keep you updated via email as we move through production and fulfillment.
3. Payment
Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of checkout. This secures your spot in our first production run and helps us plan for inventory accordingly.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Additional taxes, duties, or import fees may apply depending on your location and local regulations.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- You may cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before your order ships by contacting us at support@thecarry.co.

6. Product Modifications
As we finalize manufacturing, minor product specifications (such as hardware details or materials) may change in order to improve product performance or supply chain efficiency. We will communicate any meaningful changes to you prior to fulfillment.
7. Communication
You will receive regular email updates on your order status, shipping progress, and any changes to estimated delivery dates. Please ensure you add hello@thecarry.co to your safe sender list.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Carry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your pre-order or the use of the product.
