Esther stepped into The Carry while navigating perimenopause and reclaiming her health. Cortney found it in the wake of postpartum, rebuilding from the inside out. We met through our eldest children—bonded over shared experiences, a passion to make a difference, and the product we couldn't find anywhere. So we built it.

Most women are told to do more. More steps, more classes, more willpower. We built something different—a tool designed around the science of what women's bodies actually need, at every stage of life. Progressive load. Real results. No gym required.

Our Materials

Premium stretch nylon
A luxe, technical outer fabric chosen for stretch, structure, durability, and everyday wearability. Machine washable by design, it gives The Carry the elevated performance feel we wanted—without the chemical off-gassing concerns of neoprene or the lint-prone finish of Cordura.

Modular weight system
Removable 0.5 lb solid metal bars let you adjust your load up to 20 lbs. as your strength builds. No sandbags. No leaks. No mystery filler.

Adjustable bungee fastening
Front sliding bungees and side cinching let you customize the fit around your chest, ribs, and waist—so the vest feels secure without restricting your breath or movement. No zippers, buckles, or Velcro. Just flexible support that moves with you.
