Most definitely. Our vests feature a front sliding bungee system and side cinches that adjust circumference by several inches. This lets you dial in a secure, body-hugging fit—whether you're petite, curvy, or somewhere in between. It moves with you, not against you.

The Carry Vest comes in three adjustable sizes—1, 2, and 3—designed to fit a range of bust and body types. Each vest includes a front bungee and side cinch system that lets you customize the fit for comfort and security.
To find your size, use your bra band size or measure around your ribcage directly under your bust with a soft measuring tape. Round down to the nearest even number:
Size 1 (XS/S)
- best for smaller bands (32"-34") with AA-C cups & shorter torsoes
- check the chart above if you're D+ at a 32" band—the front cinch may still bring you into this size
Size 2 (M)
- our most flexible size, spanning the widest range of bands and cups
- check the chart above for your exact band + cup combo
Size 3 (L/XL)
- best for larger bands (38”-42”) with a fuller DD+ cup & longer torsoes

The Carry Vest holds up to 20 lbs. using 40 individual 0.5 lb metal bars. The weight system includes four spines—our flexible weight racks—that each hold 10 weights. Add or remove weights to dial in your load as your fitness level progresses.

It sure is. Just remove all four spines and weights before placing your shell in a garment bag and washing on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Hang dry. Spot clean between washes. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.

Yes. We use premium, non-toxic materials and avoid PFAS and other harmful chemicals. Safety and sustainability are part of our design ethos.

The weight system features 40 individual 0.5 lb solid metal bars—coated with AkzoNobel PFAS-free and RoHS compliant powder coating for durability.
The weight bars slide into the spines—flexible TPE weight racks made from thermoplastic elastomer, a non-toxic, rubber-like material that's both recyclable and body-safe.

Yes. Our Beta Bundle comes fully loaded—a vest shell plus the complete weight system with 40 individual weights totaling 20 lbs. Once you have the weight system, additional shells are available to purchase separately—so when we drop new colorways or updated styles, you can switch up your look without buying more weight. Better for the environment, and your wallet.

Our core collection currently includes Black and Cream, with new colorways in the works—get excited for Fall 2026! Because the weights are modular and removable, they transfer seamlessly between shells whenever you're ready to switch up your look.

Yes. If you're not feeling it, send your vest back for a full refund (minus return shipping) within 7 days of delivery—before you sweat in it. Bundle needs to be new, unused, and in original packaging, shell and weight system both included. Email support@thecarry.co and we'll send you a prepaid return label; the shipping cost comes out of your refund. Once we get it back and inspect it, your refund goes to your original payment method.

Our vests are made to be worn. Minor scuffs or stitching variations are normal, don't affect performance, and aren't eligible for return or exchange.

All sales on Weighted Vest bundles ordered before August 6, 2026 are final—no returns. You do still get one free shell-size exchange if it's unworn, unused, and in original condition, initiated within 7 days of delivery. You cover return shipping; we cover the replacement. Damaged or defective on arrival still gets you a replacement—just email support@thecarry.co within 7 days with your order number and photos.
