All sales of The Carry Weighted Vest bundles are final due to the nature of our products. We do offer exchanges in specific cases—here's what that looks like.

Exchanges (Shell Size Swaps Only)

We want your vest to fit right. You can exchange your shell for a different size once, at no cost, if it's unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Initiated within 7 days of delivery
• You cover return shipping; we cover the replacement once we inspect it
• Weight system stays with you—remove before shipping

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact us at support@thecarry.co within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or find a solution.

Minor Imperfections

Our vests are made to be worn. Subtle scuffs or stitching variations are normal and don't impact performance—not eligible for exchange.
