Because of the nature and weight of our products, all sales of the Beta Bundle are final. You may exchange your Beta Bundle vest shell for another size at no cost if stock is available.

The Carry Beta Bundle is for our earliest supporters who want to test our first offering and provide us with feedback as we build the first weighted vest and rucking brand purpose built for women.

We believe in doing right by our community. If you run into an issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll assess your request on a case-by-case basis and work to find a solution.

1. Returns

Due to the customized fit and weight of our vests, we do not accept returns at this time.

• If you believe your situation warrants a return, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of your concern.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If a return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days less a $35 restocking fee.

2. Exchanges (Shell Size Swaps)

We want your vest to fit and feel right.

• We offer one-time exchanges for a different shell size if the vest is unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original shell. Once received and inspected, we’ll send your new size.
• Weights and rubber racks are not eligible for return or exchange—please remove them from your shell prior to shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us at support@thecarry.co within 7 days of receiving your item.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
• We will work with you to offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.

Note on Minor Imperfections

Our vests are made to be worn, moved in, and lived with. Slight cosmetic imperfections (like subtle fabric scuffs or small stitching variations) are normal and do not impact performance. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
