Preorder and Founding Customer Exchange Policy—Orders Placed Before August 6, 2026

All sales of The Carry Weighted Vest bundles are final due to the nature of our products. We do offer exchanges in specific cases—here's what that looks like.

Exchanges (Shell Size Swaps Only)

We want your vest to fit right. You can exchange your shell for a different size once, at no cost, if it's unworn, unused, and in original condition, as long as we have inventory to support.

  • Initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • You cover return shipping; we cover the replacement once we inspect it
  • Weight system stays with you—remove before shipping

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Contact us at support@thecarry.co within 7 days with your order number and photo evidence. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Return & Exchange Policy—Orders Placed August 6, 2026 and After

We want you to love your vest. If you don't, send it back for a full refund before you sweat in it.

Returns

Full refund, minus the cost of return shipping.

  • Notify us at support@thecarry.co within 7 days of delivery
  • Bundle must be new, unused, in original condition, with all original packaging intact—shell and weight system both included
  • We'll send you a prepaid return label; the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund
  • Once we receive and inspect the bundle, your refund is issued to your original payment method

Minor Imperfections

Our vests are made to be worn. Subtle scuffs or stitching variations are normal and don't impact performance—not eligible for return or exchange.
