What is The Carry Rucking Club?

The Carry was created by two women sharing our own health journeys—and demanding something better. Better gear. Better movement. Better community.

The Carry Rucking Club is the community extension of that vision. We host in-person rucks, pop-ups, and meetups across the US, alongside digital programming you can follow from anywhere.

Whether you’re walking unweighted or rucking with load, training consistently or just getting started—this is a space to move at your own pace, together.

The Format

No vest required. No experience required. All are welcome.

Meet
Coffee shop, park, waterfront, neighborhood loop at a set location

Meet the founders or local host, hear our story, mingle with other women

Move
2+ mile walk (weighted or unweighted, vest or no vest)

Train
A short weighted circuit (“workout snacks”—they burn)

From Seattle to wherever you are

In 2025, we hosted several rucking meetups in Seattle, and even rounded up a crew in NYC and Portland.

In 2026, we’re expanding—activating new cities and empowering local leaders to host meetups under The Carry Rucking Club in their own communities.

Whether you're a trainer, have a following or just straight obsessed with walking with weight. The only requirements are a love for movement, connection, and building something meaningful in your community.
