1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by The Cores Company e.g. "The Carry", a DE C-Corp with a principal place of business at 4616 25th Ave NE, Suite 451 Seattle, WA 98105 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit thecarry.co and complete the on-site pop-up form by submitting a valid email address. Entrants may optionally also submit a mobile phone number to opt in to SMS communications from Sponsor; providing a phone number is not required to enter or to win, and declining SMS opt-in will not affect an entrant's chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses, or any automated entry method, will be disqualified. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $400 The Carry Gift Card, redeemable for merchandise on thecarry.co (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Prize: $400 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $400 USD. Actual value may vary; no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about November 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email address (and/or phone number, if provided) used to enter, on or about November 2, 2026. The potential winner will be asked to reply to the notification email within seven (7) days to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the Prize. Failure to respond within this period, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner's name (first name/last initial) or handle may be announced on Sponsor's website and/or social media channels.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any network, hardware, or software.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, and entry (if applicable) for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

11. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize.

12. Data Use

Personal information collected through this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, where consented to, for marketing communications (email and/or SMS), in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available here. SMS communications are subject to the consent language presented at the point of collection; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

14. Winner List / Rules Request
