Product & Fit
Do you offer different sizes, including plus sizes and bust-friendly fits?
Yes. Our vests are designed to be bust-friendly and adjustable for a wide range of bodies. Our initial launch includes three flexible sizes, and we're committed to extending if needed—based on customer feedback.
Is the vest adjustable for different body types or petite frames?
Most definitely. Our vests feature a front sliding bungee system and side cinches that adjust in circumference. This lets you dial in a secure, body-hugging fit—whether you're petite, curvy, or somewhere in between. It moves with you, not against you.
What size should I order?
The Carry Vest comes in three adjustable sizes—1, 2, and 3—designed to fit a range of bust and body types. Each vest includes a front bungee and side cinch system that lets you customize the fit by several inches for comfort and security.
To find your size, use your bra band size or grab a soft measuring tape and measure around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Round down to the nearest even number:
Size 1 (XS/S)
- generally fits a 32” - 36” band size
- best for for AA-C cups
Size 2 (M)
- generally fits a 36” - 40” band size
- fits most cups B through DD (ideal for in-between builds)
Size 3 (L/XL)
- generally fits a 40” - 44” band size
- best for fuller cup sizes from C+ upward

Not sure where you land? If you’re a 36A, go with Size 1. A 36DD? Size 2. We recently had a 40DD say she’d prefer Size 3 for more room.

How much weight can the vest hold?
The Carry Vest is modular and can hold up to 20 lbs using 0.5 lb removable/adjustable weights. You can add or remove weights to match your preference and fitness level.
Is the vest machine washable?
It sure is! Just remove the rubber weight racks and all weights before placing your shell in a garment bag and washing on gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. Hang dry. Spot clean between washes with water or a mild soap. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.
Are The Carry products non-toxic or PFAS-free?
Indeed. We use premium, non-toxic materials and avoid PFAS and other harmful chemicals. Safety and sustainability are part of our design ethos.
What are the weights made of? And what rubber is used in this weight system?
Our modular weight system features 0.5 lb iron weights, powder-coated for durability and shaped like hourglasses to sit comfortably against your body. These weights slide into a flexible EPDM rubber core, a non-toxic, recyclable material commonly used in the medical industry.
No sand, no shifting/leaking, no weird bulk. Just smart, streamlined strength that moves with you.
Can I purchase just the vest without the weights?
Yes! Our Beta Bundle is launching with weights included to get feedback from early supporters on our whole system. From there, you will be able to purchase just the vest shell if you want as we release new colorways or come out with new fabric options or features without having to buy more weight. Much better for the environment, and your bank account.
Will there be more color options? What about the cream one I keep seeing?
We hear you—loud and clear. We’ve been rucking in cream for months, and it’s been turning heads. (We get it. We’re obsessed with it too.)
For launch, black will be our first official color, based on community feedback (over 60% voted for it!). But we’re actively working behind the scenes to make cream available in our first production run—pending manufacturing minimums and preorder demand.
If we’re able to make it happen, we’ll give all preorder customers the option to switch their color before shipping. So if you’re dreaming of cream, don’t wait—your preorder helps bring it to life.
Long term? We’re planning limited color drops, custom prints, and co-branded collabs so your vest can match your season, your mood, or your favorite set.
What will the price be?
The full Beta Bundle will be priced under $300—right in line (or even below) other premium weighted vest options.
It includes our signature stylish, washable vest shell, a modular weight system—fully loaded with 20 lbs, and a little something extra for being one of the first to carry.
In the future, you’ll be able to purchase standalone shells (think: new colorways, prints, or co-branded drops to build your collection) or create your own custom bundle across various weight options and price points.
Launch & Availability
What colors are available?
Our weighted vests will be available in various colorways/prints/collabs and range in price. You’ll eventually have the option to get one for every season to match with your favorite sets. Because our weights are modular and removable, they can be used in multiple shells when you’re ready to switch up your carry or your look.
When will the vest be available?
We’re currently in pre-production, with preorders set to open July 30th. Our estimated window of delivery from date of purchase is 90-120 days and we will be sending regular email updates as we move through production.
Once our Beta Bundle sells out, we’ll prepare for an official launch later this year. Sign up to stay in the loop.
Is there an exact launch date?
Yes! Preorders for The Carry Vest Beta Bundle open on July 30, 2025. This is a limited early release. We’re targeting a full launch this Fall, when initial orders ship and we ramp up our larger production run.

Orders & Preorders
What is a preorder and when will my order ship?
A preorder lets you reserve a product before it's available to ship. Essentially, claiming your spot via an exclusive hold. You’ll see clearly on the product page if an item is a preorder.
Your payment is collected at checkout and your card is charged to secure your spot. Your order will ship as soon as it’s in stock, shortly after arrival to our warehouse. We're close to having an estimated window of delivery from date of purchase and will be sending regular email updates as we move through production.
You’ll receive email updates along the way, including tracking once your preorder ships. If your order includes in-stock items, those will ship separately.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes—anytime before it ships. Just email us at suport@thecarry.co and we’ll process your refund.
Can I preorder from outside the U.S.?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada (duties or taxes may apply). If you're elsewhere, hang tight—we're opening international shipping soon.
Why the Beta Bundle?
With continued growing demand for our product during this build, we’ve been getting asked often by members of our community whether they can help test our products before launch. The Beta Bundle is our way of allowing these excited and eager members access to that. We’ll be starting with a limited production run at a bundled price in order to get feedback on V1 of our design alongside generate customer revenue to help fund our first run. It’s our version of a Kickstarter program, inviting you to have a voice in designing the perfect weighted vest option.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. and Canada. Duties or taxes may apply outside the U.S. We’re working on expanding international options as we have heard your requests from all over the world!
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Reach out to us at support@thecarry.co with your order number. We’ll make it right.
Do you ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses?
Yes! We are happy to support women working and serving abroad by shipping to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. These U.S. military and diplomatic mailing addresses allow mail to be sent as if it's domestic—even though you're located overseas.
When placing your order, just make sure your address matches exactly as provided by your unit or post.
